Prices

Prices listed are for 75cl bottles unless otherwise indicated and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

There is a minimum purchase level on the website of €50.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere on the island of Ireland, using Fastway and City Courier. Your wines should be with you within 2 days of ordering but it can take up to 5 days at peak times (Christmas especially). City Courier, who operate by bicycle, offer same-day delivery in Cork City for orders of 6 bottles or fewer.

There is no delivery charge for orders over €100 (after discounts). Orders of less than this value incur a flat charge of €8.

You can collect your order from our Marina Business Park shop (choose 'Pick up - at Marina' on the Checkout page) - allow one working day for us to process your order. We recommend phoning before you make your journey to check that your order is ready, as there may be a slight delay if we need to order it from the bonded warehouse.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery the courier will phone you and / or attempt to leave the wine with a neighbour. Generally, a signature is required to finalise the delivery.

Discount Policy

We are currently honing our bulk discount policy for this website - please check back in the very near future for details.

No further discount applies to En Primeur wines, Bin End or Special Offer wines.

Pre-mixed cases created by Bubble Brothers already include all applicable discounts and so no further discount applies.

Cancellations, returns, faulty bottles

You can cancel an order for up to 7 days after you receive the wine (just call us) but you may be liable for the cost of returning the stock to us, depending on the circumstances.

All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. Claims for breakages (etc) will be entertained only if Bubble Brothers is given notification within two days of delivery.

Faulty (i.e. oxidised, 'corked') wines are a fact of life in wine (though the incidence is much reduced, thankfully). If you detect an issue with a wine we've sent you, call us and we will replace the bottle without quibble.

Availability

We cannot guarantee availability of all wines or vintages listed. Wine is an agricultural product of limited supply and finite shelf life. This, together with the vagaries of shipping long distances and differences in popularity with customers, can mean that some wines may, temporarily or permanently, become unavailable and that vintages may differ from those indicated on this website.

In the event a wine you've ordered is out of stock we will contact you and suggest a substitute. This does not apply to our pre-selected mixed cases where we will, without additional charge, replace an out of stock item with a wine of similar style and of the same or higher price.

Using Bubble Brothers' shop gift vouchers on the website

At present you can use shop vouchers only in the store (English Market or Marina Business Park) in which they were bought.

Privacy Policy

During the ordering process, we collect information and personal data from you. Bubble Brothers will use this information only to process your order, improve our service, and inform you of promotions in the future. We will never disclose information about you to any third party.

Age Restriction

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Disclaimer

Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. We cannot accept any liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused, if foreseeable. We accept no liability for any minor errors or omissions that may occur on our website, despite the precautions taken by us in the presentation of the products. These terms do not affect your statutory rights if you are purchasing as a consumer.

Bubble Brothers accepts no liability arising from errors (including typographical) contained in, or any omissions from, this website. Prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on website, except in the case of obvious errors (including typographical).
