Mas de Bazan Utiel-Requena Rosado 2011 (85% bobal, 10% grenache, 5% merlot)
This deeply-coloured, full-bodied, aromatic pink - made in Utiel-Requena, a hot Spanish DO in the Levante - is deliciously fresh and fruity, with exuberant flavours of raspberry jam and strawberry lollypop. Finishes dry and clean.
Unusually for a rosé, Agro de Bazan benefits from a little aerating / decanting prior to drinking - even just a little swirling in the glass!
Enjoy with ham and cured meats, picnics, salmon, tuna, or as an aperitif.
