(100% Grenache Gris) Dessert white from the Roussillon, with a balance of rich, ripe, citrus aromas and zesty freshness right through to the finish, all presented in a very velvety glove of 118g/l residual sugar. Great care is taken during vinification to avoid even the slightest oxidation, preserving every nuance of the grapes' lively fruit character and giving a strength of sixteen per cent. This would make an unusual and very acceptable aperitif, or a clean-flavoured accompaniment to a fresh fruit dessert or a smooth paté.
