Mount Langi Ghiran Cliff Edge Shiraz 2006

(100% Syrah, Shiraz) Powerful, satisfying Shiraz, with firm young tannins supporting juicy blackberry fruit. Balanced acidity carries through the length of the wine, with oak elements in the background. 2004 gave a ripe harvest from Mount Langi Ghiran's cool climate vineyards, yielding good fruit intensity, red fruit characters, complex spice flavours and balanced tannins.
