Red: Blend of syrah and grenache, grown on distinctive ‘gress’ (pebbly) soil in Costières-de-Nîmes. Fresh and ripe nose of blackcurrants, violets, and garrigue herbs. Powerful and smooth on the palate.
White: A blend of mostly roussanne and white grenache, with a little viognier and marsanne too. Full bodied and plump, with fresh aromas of pear and peach. Almonds and light spice on the palate, with exotic flashes from the seasoning of viognier.
