Caves de Cascastel Arse Cuvée Exception MAGNUM 2009 Chateau d'Arse is one of our most popular wines, but don't let the comic name fool you into thinking that this isn't a very serious red! Brooding, suave, and spicy, this classy Fitou would cost far more if it came from one of France’s more illustrious appellations.
The magnum (1.5l / 2 bottles) is a great option for dinner parties - your guests will laugh at first, before being wowed by the wine!

*Notes
-----
1. Fitou, a large red-wine appellation, was the Languedoc's first back in 1948. The dominant variety is carignan, which must not constitute more than 70% of a blend. It is supplemented by grenache, lladoner pelut, mourvedre and syrah. The territory demarcated for Fitou may also produce Rivesaltes Tell a friend about this wine! |
